Mix VPN is built around data minimization. The app does not collect browsing history, DNS queries, or the contents of your traffic. The only technical metadata we process is required to keep the service running and cannot identify you as an individual.
Data we collect

- Subscription details handled by Apple to process purchases and restore access.
- Support conversations when you voluntarily contact us via email or chat.
How we use information
The limited metadata we retain is used to maintain performance, troubleshoot issues, and secure our infrastructure. We never build behavioral profiles and never sell data to marketers.
Storage and security
Mix VPN infrastructure runs in ISO 27001 certified data centers. Administrative access is protected with multi-factor authentication. Logs are automatically purged once they are no longer operationally necessary.
Your rights
You may request deletion of support tickets or withdraw your consent to data processing by emailing [email protected]. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
Children
Mix VPN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data about children and will remove any such information upon notice from a parent or guardian.
