1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Mix VPN you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, remove the app and stop using the service.
2. License
Mix VPN grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for activities that violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mix VPN servers or disrupt their operation.
- You may not transmit malware, spam, or engage in any abusive behavior over the network.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Billing is handled through your Apple ID. Every plan includes a three-day free trial and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Mix VPN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every use case.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix VPN and GUAVA BRAVO TECHNOLOGY, LLC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Mix VPN after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
